William J. Kammerer is President of Novannet, LLC in Columbus, Ohio.

Mr. Kammerer is a recognized Electronic Commerce expert, actively serving on standards bodies such as ANSI ASC X12, UN/CEFACT and OASIS. He is co-chair of the WEDI/SNIP Identification and Routing Special Interest Group, where the ebXML CPP and Registry are being applied to Healthcare EDI. In addition, he is a member of both the U.S. Technical Advisory Group (TAG) for ISO/TC 154 and the U.S. Technical Advisory Group for ISO/IEC JTC1/SC32/WG1.

Prior to founding Novannet, LLC, Mr. Kammerer co-founded Foresight Corporation, in Dublin, Ohio, a leading provider of EDI productivity and HIPAA Validation tools. He was the architect of Foresight's EDISIM product line, which is globally recognized as the premier pre-production editing, reference, documentation, and testing tool suite for EDI. He also conceived of Foresight's Previsto offering, bringing massive, scalable EDI compliance testing to the web using the acclaimed EDISIM Analyzer engine. The EDISIM Analyzer is also the backbone of HIPAA Validator, the dominant HIPAA EDI compliance testing service.

Before co-founding Foresight, Mr. Kammerer held various management and technical positions at Bank One and Sterling Commerce. A (young) pioneer in e-commerce, he developed the bi-synch 2780 and 3780 communications infrastructure underlying Ordernet, one of the earliest EDI Value-Added Networks for store and forward EDI.

Mr. Kammerer was graduated from The Ohio State University at Columbus.

Edward H. Law is Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Novannet, LLC.

Mr. Law brings to Novannet over three decades of Data Processing experience in software development and project management. He has developed software for a variety of industries and disciplines, including EDI, computer-based training, instrument control, banking, and medical device manufacturing. Mr. Law specializes in developing market-quality software, with an emphasis on reliability, usability, and scalability. Mr. Law has collaborated successfully with Mr. Kammerer on several occasions over their long, 25-year association.

Prior to joining Novannet, Mr. Law held various technical and management positions at Chemical Abstracts Service and Bank One, both located in Columbus, Ohio. In 1988, Mr. Law founded GetItDone Systems, Inc., a small (1-man) software development firm, now based in Littleton, Colorado.

Mr. Law graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio.
